The African-American Chamber of Commerce of Central PA (AACCCP) is a membership organization serving businesses, non-profit organizations, individuals, and other agencies committed to supporting the economic empowerment and growth of minority-owned businesses in Central PA.

Summarized resources of federal and state law relevant to combatting hate crime – including the rights afforded by the U.S. and Pennsylvania Constitutions, as well as federal and state criminal and civil statutes. In addition, listed are the federal and state agencies you can contact if you have been subjected to hate, bias, or discrimination.

The Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General enforces the law and defends the interests of the Commonwealth and its diverse citizens by: ensuring fair and impartial administration of justice for all Pennsylvanians; advocating for fair and equitable treatment of all consumers; providing leadership in preventing and controlling crime committed against Pennsylvanians; and, pursuing just punishment without fear or favor for those guilty of unlawful behavior.

The NAACP Pennsylvania State Conference, established in 1934, is the statewide branch of the National Office. As a constituent and subordinate unit of the Association, the State Conference works diligently to carry out the mission of the NAACP which is to “ensure the political, educational, social, and economic equality of rights of all persons and to eliminate race-based discrimination.”

The Commission serves as the commonwealth’s advocate agency for the African American community in Pennsylvania. Its mission is to ensure that state government is accessible and accountable by advising the governor on policies, procedures, legislation, and regulations. The Commission also works to expand and enhance the civic, social, educational, cultural, and economic status of the African American Community.

The Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission promotes equal opportunity for all and enforces Pennsylvania's civil rights laws that protect people from unlawful discrimination.
