This free quick citation generator includes Bluebook inline and law review (footnote) styles.

How do you use ZoteroBib?

Copy a URL into the search bar or type in the ISBN, DOI, or PMID (PubMed) number. If that does not work, input the information by hand. You can copy the citation to the clipboard and paste it elsewhere. 

What are the limitations?

Generally, this will not work well for law review articles or other items that are not traditional web-based resources and do not have a standard identifier like an ISBN, DOI, or PMID. (In such cases, you will likely need to input the relevant information by hand.)  And as is true with all such citation generators, this is just a start. You must manually review and edit the citations.
